Firehouse Subs Fuels Franchise Expansion

Firehouse Subs® has introduced a new set of Development Incentive Programs aimed at accelerating franchise growth across North America through 2028. The initiative offers significant financial rewards for both new and existing franchisees, including $75,000 for opening a single restaurant and $100,000 per location for those committing to two or more units. The goal is to encourage expansion while supporting operators with strong growth potential.

The program includes several targeted incentives. The “10 in 2” offer provides $100,000 per restaurant for franchisees who open at least 10 locations between 2027 and 2028, along with a potential $500,000 bonus after the tenth opening. The “Grow A-Gain” incentive awards $150,000 per restaurant to high-performing operators (graded “A”) who return to development after a five-year pause and open at least two locations by the end of 2028. Meanwhile, the “Accelerated Market Incentive” offers $150,000 per restaurant plus a reduced royalty rate of 2% for three years to franchisees expanding in key U.S. markets such as New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago.
