Empire will roll out the Scene+ Loyalty Program in its Thrifty Foods stores throughout the British Columbia province of Canada. The roll-out follows successful integrations of the program in other Empire brands.
Empire joined Cineplex and Scotiabank as a co-owner of Scene+ in June 2022. Since then, the brand has introduced the Scene+ loyalty program to customers in Atlantic Canada, B.C., Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.
“Introducing Scene+ to our stores in Thrifty Foods in B.C. and the Quebec banners marks the fourth phase of our successful loyalty program rollout across Canada,” says Sandra Sanderson, Senior Vice President of Marketing for Empire. "Our Empire customers love all of the ways they are able to earn and redeem points every day with Scene+, on groceries and so much more.”
Scene+ continues to grow as one of Canada’s largest loyalty programs. The recent Empire expansion adds to the scope of the programs' impact.
