Millard comes to Truaxis as a recognized retail industry expert on consumer and channel segmentation, specializing in the convergence of technology and retail innovation that improves operations and customer experience. In her new role, Millard will be responsible for leading the sales effort with national and local merchants and complementing the success that Casey Newton and his team have accomplished introducing the StatementRewards platform to the financial services market.

Millard has more than 20 years of experience as a retail operations executive.  She has an extensive background that extends into working with brick-and-mortar retailers, e-commerce, vending and automated retail channels, and pop-up environments in both strategy and execution.  

Millard was the founder and managing partner of Retail Growth Partners LLC, a retail consulting practice focused on helping retailers and brands create long-term relationships with customers. Her practice centered upon innovations and technologies that improve the customer experience.  Prior to RGP, Millard was the Executive Vice President of New Business Development for ZoomSystems, an automated retail start-up in San Francisco.   Key clients included innovation projects for traditional brick-and-mortar clients such as Macy’s, Best Buy, Metro Ag, as well as distinguished brands in luxury, personal care and specialty apparel.

Prior to ZoomSystems, Millard held executive positions at Bed Bath &  Beyond, Brown Shoe Group, Sears, Saks Inc. and was a Director at McMillan Doolittle LLP, a boutique retail firm in Chicago. She serves on ‘‘multiple retail and consumer products Board of Directors and holds a seat on the Board of Governors to the University of North Texas Retail Merchandising School. She is a member of the National Retail Federation, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Airport Council international (ACI), and was recognized by Chain Store Age as a “Rising Star - Top 40 under 40” in 2007.
