Sweepstakes Inspired by NBC Show Includes Visit to The Biggest Loser     Ranch Where Contestants Slim Down

CAMP HILL, Pa.—To help and encourage healthy weight loss in the New Year, Rite Aid is     teaming up with BL Body, a collection of shape wear available     exclusively in stores at Rite Aid, on a sweepstakes with a first prize     trip for two to the Biggest Loser Ranch in Los Angeles where the reality     show about weight loss is filmed.

Anyone can enter at www.riteaid.com/weight now through Jan. 22 to win the trip, valued at $4,000. Second prize is a     year’s membership for two to the Biggest Loser Club online weight loss     program, a $479 value. The sweepstakes is being promoted with in-store     radio and a national radio tour featuring Ashley Johnston, the runner-up     to season 9 who set a show all-time record for most weight loss by a     woman. Johnston is also a spokeswoman for the BL Body collection of     shape wear inspired by the show.

  • Free access to additional online resources at www.riteaid.com/weight including electronic Body Mass Index (BMI) calculator, tools to       decipher food labels, recipes and healthy snack suggestions for       children.
  • Free counseling on weight loss from Rite Aid pharmacists who are       knowledgeable on topics including recent trends in drug therapy for       weight management, common dieting myths, and medications used to       control weight-related diseases including heart disease, Type 2       diabetes, arthritis and stroke.

For members of its free wellness+ customer rewards program, Rite     Aid also is offering discounts and rebates on healthy weight products     purchased through Jan. 22.
