ESquared Hospitality Launches New Menu for Loyalty Rewards Members

customer using loyalty cardAs part of its focus on customer engagement and loyalty, international hospitality group ESquared Hospitality, parent company to restaurants including BLT Steak, Casa Nonna, and The Florentine, this week launched new menus with discounted prices for loyalty reward members.

“Our loyalty members have been an indispensable part of our customer base,” Jimmy Haber, CEO of ESquared Hospitality, said in a release. “We are thrilled to present these new menus with special pricing to them as a token of appreciation for their continued patronage.”

The ESquared loyalty rewards program is extensive – and successful.

Established in 2012, it currently includes more than 10,000 members and allows guests to earn points upon each restaurant visit, redeemable for unique rewards and experiences, and enjoy members-only benefits.

This is the first time ESquared Hospitality has established a program to rewarded guests at its restaurants with special pricing specifically for rewards members. The new menus debuted Monday at ESquared restaurants throughout the U.S. including:  BLT Steak locations in New York City, White Plains, Washington, D.C., Atlanta, Charlotte and Waikiki; BLT Prime restaurants in New York City and Miami; Casa Nonna, BLT Fish Shack and BLT Bar & Grill in New York City; and The Florentine in Chicago.
