Thunderhead Expands Customer Engagement Offering with North American Partner Program

Leading customer engagement solutions provider Thunderhead bolstered its technology offerings with the launch of the North American Partner Program. The program will allow Thunderhead partners to enhance their omnichannel customer engagement processes. The first wave of partners includes Coffee and Dunn, Premier Logic, Silvertech, and Webfortis.
 
The program is being run through the company’s ONE Engagement Hub, which gives businesses the tools necessary to consolidate data and use the resulting information to speak with customers on a personal level through multiple touchpoints. The platform “learns” about customers as they interact with the company, enabling the level of personalization that customers have come to demand.
