A new loyalty program is being launched by SMS Masterminds that carefully orchestrates loyalty initiatives via text messages to optimize timing, personalization, and convenience for customers.

SMS Masterminds, a mobile and loyalty marketing agency, is launching a proprietary technology that will send personalized offers to opt-in subscribers via text messaging. Tracking users habits will allow SMS Masterminds to send a message when the customers are most likely to make a purchase.

SMS masterminds has labeled this new style of loyalty marketing ‘automated engagement.’  To join, customers enter their mobile phone number using the Mastermind's Loyalty Rewards Kiosk, 'opting in' to receive notifications from participating merchants.

Masterminds COO Luke Wallace says, “It allows for a whole new level of engagement.” There are so many new and interesting features for merchants to use to engage customers, but some that stand out are:

-          Send a “broadcast,” or a mass text message to customers who have opted in, and checked-in multiple times, to offer rewards

-          Offer a reward to entice a customer who has opted in, and checked in, but has not returned in over a month

-          Remind people of an unredeemed reward so they go and use it.
