Jeep® Brand Named America’s Most Patriotic Brand For 24th Straight Year

According to a recent Brand Keys Most Patriotic Brands survey, the Jeep® brand has earned the title of America’s Most Patriotic Brand for the 24th consecutive year. Among 1,350 brands evaluated, Jeep, which debuted during World War II, stood out as the top symbol of American patriotism among more than 7460 consumers.

Jeep CEO Bob Broderdorf said, “Being named America’s most patriotic brand for nearly a quarter century straight simply reminds anyone who’s ever been in a Jeep vehicle what they inherently already know to be true; that owning or driving a Jeep vehicle brings with it an intense amount of pride. A brand first forged in freedom over 80 years ago now carries that freedom and adventure forward, no matter the road ahead. We’re incredibly humbled by the connection customers have to our brand and the vital values it represents for them.”

Jeep’s unwavering connection to the American spirit continues through its long-standing partnership with the USO, now in its 17th year, providing support and community to U.S. military personnel. In addition, Jeep offers a military incentive program that provides bonus cash toward select vehicle purchases or leases for eligible service members and veterans. The full list of the top 50 patriotic brands will be released on June 9, 2025.

Study Unveils Which Brands Are Winning in Customer Experience and Loyalty in 2025

Several quick-service restaurant (QSR) chains are standing out for exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty, according to Market Force Information’s 2025 Industry Study. Smoothie King claimed the top overall spot this year, jumping from sixth place in 2024 due to marked improvements in speed, beverage quality, and cleanliness. Meanwhile, In-N-Out Burger led the Customer Loyalty Index (CLI), fueled by high trust scores and consistently strong customer experiences.

Market Force Senior Director of Customer Experience Strategy said, “Customer experience has always been the backbone of brand growth. This year’s rankings simply reinforce what strong operators already know: when you get the fundamentals right – speed, cleanliness and operational consistency – loyalty follows. The brands that know and stay focused on what matters most to their guests are the ones that win.”

Chick-fil-A maintained its stronghold in the chicken segment for the second consecutive year, praised for its friendly service, cleanliness, and efficient operations. Slim Chickens made a notable first appearance, tying with Chick-fil-A for customer experience (CX). In the pizza category, Blaze Pizza surged ahead of competitors by ranking first in both CLI and CX, with year-over-year progress in speed, food quality, and cleanliness. The study also showed that brands like Culver’s and Five Guys were identified as the most trusted in the burger segment, and Peet’s, Caribou, and Einstein Bros. ranked ahead of coffee giants like Starbucks and Dunkin’.
