Porsche Tops Customer Loyalty Rankings for Fourth Year Running

Porsche has once again secured its position as the top brand for customer loyalty among premium car owners in the 2025 J.D. Power U.S. Automotive Brand Loyalty Study. This marks the fourth consecutive year the German automaker has led the rankings in the luxury segment. The annual study evaluates whether customers stick with the same brand when purchasing or leasing a new vehicle, based solely on transactions at franchised new-car dealerships.

Porsche Cars North America, Inc. President and CEO Timo Resch said, “Our customers are at the heart of everything we do as a company. For our customers to return to buy our cars again and again is truly gratifying and reflects the care, hard work, and dedication of thousands of employees, both at our headquarters in Atlanta and in our independently owned and operated Porsche Centers across the United States. Without them, these back-to-back awards would not be possible.”

The loyalty study, launched in 2018, draws on data from the Power Information Network, which includes transaction records from 16,000 dealerships across the U.S. It tracks consumer behavior across five categories: premium cars, premium SUVs, mass market cars, mass market SUVs, and trucks. The 2025 edition analyzed vehicle trade-ins and new purchases between September 2024 and August 2025, regardless of model year, to determine which brands best retain their customer base.

Blue Jackets and Hyundai Team Up to Support Pediatric Cancer Research

The Columbus Blue Jackets have announced a new partnership with Hyundai, marking the beginning of a collaboration centered around community outreach and pediatric cancer support. At the heart of the partnership is the Face-Off Program, a season-long initiative that transforms every face-off win at home games into a $50 donation toward pediatric cancer research and care, benefiting Hyundai Hope on Wheels.

Blue Jackets VP of Corporate Partnerships, Ryan Shirk, said, “We’re thrilled to welcome Hyundai as a Proud Partner of the Blue Jackets and to launch the Face-Off Program together. Pediatric cancer has been a pillar of our community efforts since our inaugural season, and this partnership builds on that legacy in a powerful way. It’s more than a sponsorship. It’s a shared commitment to making a difference for children and families across central Ohio.”

Hyundai Hope on Wheels, the nonprofit partner in this initiative, has already contributed over $277 million in research grants nationwide, including more than $5 million to Columbus own Nationwide Children’s Hospital. The collaboration was further celebrated with the organization’s signature Handprint Ceremony, where young cancer patients placed painted handprints on a Hyundai vehicle as a symbol of hope and resilience.
