Donatos Debuts Loyalty Program

Donatos Pizza is introducing the Love Rewards program, which features several benefits. Members earn points with each purchase and when they successfully refer other people into the program. They also receive a free pizza after making nine pizza purchases and on birthdays.

“We’re thrilled to introduce this program to help show our customers that every piece is important to us and we appreciate them,” says Kevin Myers, Chief Marketing and Information Officer. “We want to reward our raving fans and have spent the past year focusing on the best ways to do so through this program. Now it’s time to share the ‘pizza love’ and connect with our customers to learn more about them and how we can better serve them.”

Oracle Debuts Customer Experience Platform

Oracle has announced Oracle CX Unity, a process of managing customer data designed to enable organizations to deliver relevant experiences to customers.  It is intended to provide brands with powerful and actionable insights in context, in motion, and in real time across the customer experience.

“For too long the technology industry has focused on the idea of a static and predictable customer journey. That has to change if we are going to truly understand the customer experience,” says Rob Tarkoff, Executive Vice President and General Manager at Oracle CX Cloud. “That change starts with recognizing that customer interactions are unpredictable and that there is no such thing as a fixed, 360-degree view of the customer. Today’s consumers are fickle and nomadic, and as a result, data and insights are constantly in motion. That’s why we are taking a unique, data-first approach that can help brands eliminate their blind spots and make every customer interaction matter.”
