DoorDash and Waymo Partner For Autonomous Deliveries and Ride Discount for DashPass Members

DoorDash and Waymo have partnered to introduce a new autonomous delivery service in Metro Phoenix while simultaneously launching a limited-time promotional offer for DashPass members. Starting now and continuing through December 31, 2025, DashPass subscribers in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Phoenix can receive $10 off one Waymo ride each month. 

DoorDash VP of Business and Corporate Development David Richter said, “DashPass is designed to give consumers consistent value, convenience, and access to the best of their communities, and our partnership with Waymo builds on that promise. Together, we’re giving members access to, and savings on, a new and delightful experience, while advancing our vision for a multi-modal autonomous future of local commerce.”

The autonomous delivery service is currently being piloted in Metro Phoenix through DoorDash’s Autonomous Delivery Platform. The system integrates a variety of delivery methods, such as human Dashers, robots, drones, and now autonomous vehicles. The initial rollout will focus on deliveries from DashMart, DoorDash’s owned and operated convenience and retail store, with plans to scale to additional merchants in the near future. Both companies see the partnership as a step toward shaping the future of local commerce through automation and efficiency. DashPass members already enjoy exclusive deals, $0 delivery fees, and reduced service charges, and this new offering is designed to further enhance their experience.
