Hotels.com has unveiled a refreshed version of its UK loyalty program, Hotels.com® Rewards, designed to make earning and redeeming benefits more straightforward. Members can now earn £100 in Hotels.comCash™ after every 10 eligible hotel nights, bringing back a clear and easy-to-follow structure: book stays, reach 10 nights, and receive cash to use on future bookings at over hundreds of thousands of hotels.

Hotels.com General Manager Hari Nair said, “Contrary to what has become the norm across much of the travel industry, loyalty programmes don’t have to be complicated. They should not feel like homework. Travellers tell us they want rewards that feel simple and easy to understand, so that’s what we set out to do. It’s a simple construct: stay 10 nights and get £100 back to put towards future stays at any hotel and at any time. No blackout dates or complicated maths required. These are your rewards, and you should get to use them.”

This relaunch comes as UK travelers continue to prioritize value. Recent data from Hotels.com shows a 20% increase in searches for hotel stays priced at £100 or less per night, reflecting a growing demand for affordable travel options. The platform offers a wide range of properties within this price range, allowing members to earn rewards while staying within budget.

Beyond earning Hotels.comCash, members gain access to additional perks. These include Member Prices with at least 10% discounts on select properties, increasing to 15% or more for Silver members and 20% or more for Gold and Platinum tiers. Travelers can also book VIP Access properties, which may offer perks like complimentary breakfast or room upgrades, depending on membership level and availability.

The program also introduces Save Your Way™, giving users the choice to either apply instant discounts at checkout or save those benefits as Hotels.comCash for future trips. Membership is free, and existing UK users from the One Key program will be automatically transitioned into the new system without losing their current rewards or status.

With its renewed focus on clarity, flexibility, and value, Hotels.com aims to make loyalty rewards more accessible—and more useful—for everyday travelers.
