Maynard, MN (May 8, 2013) – Impact Innovations, Inc. recently enhanced its current UV offset and screen-printed membership/loyalty card production capabilities with the addition of new imaging and magnetic stripe encoding equipment.  The Cross-Core Crossover unit is used for high-speed card personalization.

Running up to 30,000 cards per hour the Crossover Series unit is ideal for high-speed production of membership, loyalty and gift cards. Featuring the most advanced platform ever designed for the card industry, the Crossover Series is designed to deliver unparalleled performance and efficiency.

Key features of the Cross-Core Crossover:

·       Produces durable, high-resolution bar codes and variable data that adhere to a wide range of substrates.

·       Prints both black and WHITE personalization information

·       Magnetic stripe encoding system allows for unlimited positioning of magnetic stripe encoding heads across the full length of the product
