Crumbl’s New Rewards Program Delivers a Sweet Deal

Crumbl Cookies, a dessert company based out of Utah, recently announced a new rewards program to be debuted through its app. The app was previously recognized with a Stevie Award and was further improved by the launch of the Cookie Journal—a platform exclusively used to rate and review Crumbl products—just last year.  

The Crumbl app refresh includes bright colors, a simple design, and seamless ordering. Tiers were added to the Crumbl Rewards program, offering Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Pink levels. The more dedicated the Crumbl fan, the greater the rewards they’ll receive—i.e., more “Crumbs” for every dollar spent up to 13 Crumbs per dollar as a member of Crumbl’s Pink tier. Earning Crumbs will unlock higher tiers, free treats, and special offers, along with select Crumbl products.  

Jake Moncur, VP of Engineering at Crumbl, has stated that the app is “stunningly beautiful” with an “intuitive ordering experience.”
