CAVA Rolls Out Enhanced Loyalty Program

CAVA has launched a reimaged version of its CAVA Rewards program. Under the new system, members accumulate points through eligible purchases made via the CAVA app or on its website, with point totals determining access to tiered status levels.

The program uses three tiers, Sea, Sand, and Sun, that members move through as they earn more points over a calendar year. Entry into Sea grants baseline perks such as birthday offers and member-exclusive promotions. Once a member hits 1,500 points, they qualify for Sand, which provides more frequent perks and bonus point opportunities. Reaching 4,500 points upgrades a member to Sun, the highest tier, with the most generous benefits and accelerated earning potential during promotional events.

To jump-start engagement, CAVA is offering a status-matching promotion, available through November 23. Customers who have status in various loyalty programs, such as airlines, hotels, retailers, or other restaurant brands, can request to have their status matched into CAVA’s Sand or Sun tiers for the remainder of 2025. Points earned during this time will also count toward 2026 tier qualification.

CAVA also revamped its redemption structure. Rewards catalog items include 500 points for items like drinks, side pita, or avocado; 700 points for desserts or chips & sauce; 1,200 points for kid’s meals or half-priced bowls/pitas; and 2,100 points for full bowls or pitas.
