Using print and online media, Advecor helps clients to effectively reach their customers with targeted, one-to-one communications and consistently track, analyze, and refine campaigns. With a focus on marketing approaches that produce a high return on investment, Advecor has become an industry leader in the health and fitness club industry and real estate financial services market.
Based in Dallas, Alliance Data creates and deploys customized solutions, enhancing the critical customer marketing experience. Alliance Data helps its clients create and increase customer loyalty through solutions that engage millions of consumers each day across multiple touch points using traditional, digital, mobile, and other emerging technologies.
“The sale to Alliance Data was a great outcome for Advecor and our shareholders,” Advecor CEO Greg Dowd said in a statement.
Croft & Bender, an Atlanta-based investment banking and private equity firm, served as financial adviser for its client, Advecor. The deal was completed on Dec. 31, 2012.
