White Castle has recently launched Season 2 of its free-to-join customer loyalty initiative, Craver Nation Rewards. Building on the success of its debut in 2024, which saw a 25% increase in active members and a doubling of loyalty transactions, the revamped program introduces new quests, tiered rewards, and exclusive offers to engage customers further.
Individuals who sign up for the Craver Nation Rewards will receive $5 off of their first mobile order, with a minimum of a $5 purchase. Current members of the program will reset to the Adventurer tier, where they can earn five points for every $1 spent and complete quests to level up to Champion and Legend statuses. Advancement between tiers will unlock various rewards, including discounts and free menu items.
Season 2 introduces enhanced birthday treats, with Adventurers receiving a free dessert-on-a-stick, and Champions and Legends enjoying a free shake or frozen drink of any size. Points continue to drive the program, with 300 points unlocking Champion status and a 25% discount, and 600 points elevating members to Legend status with a 30% discount.
To celebrate the launch, Cravers who order between now and September 30 will receive 50 bonus points. Existing members will also receive a one-time 25% discount on a mobile order through November 16.
