The programme provides numerous benefits, starting from additional discounts of up to HRK 600 when buying new devices to discounts on tariff options which also amount to HRK 600. In addition to discounts on purchases, 'Vip&vise' also offers the possibility of priority access to Customer Service, special discounts on new products and services, surprises for birthdays and anniversaries with Vipnet, as well as numerous other benefits. Customers are able to check their 'Vip&vise' status and customer benefits available to them at any time through the 'Moj Vip' portal as well as by using the free 'Moj Vip' mobile app.
