True Religion announced a new loyalty program called True Fam. The program is part of the apparel retailer’s initiatives to become a digital-first, direct-to-consumer brand.
True Fam gives the brand more access to customer data, allowing for more personalization and increasing customer lifetime value. The program features three tiers, which members can access through earning and redeeming points in-store, online, or through the new app.
“Our new True Fam loyalty program will allow us to maximize customer retention and customer lifetime value, both of which are essential to True Religion’s continued growth,” says Michael Buckley, CEO of True Religion.
True Religion built and tested the True Fam program with input from the brand’s loyal customers, using that direct feedback to implement relevant and meaningful rewards and tiers.
