Simon® Unveils Next-Generation Omnichannel Loyalty Program

Simon®, a leading real estate investment trust known for its premier shopping, dining, and entertainment destinations, has announced the launch of Simon+™, a new nationwide loyalty program. The program rewards members with cash back, points, and exclusive perks for shopping at Simon Malls®, Premium Outlets®, and online through ShopSimon.com™ or the ShopSimon app. 

Designed for the modern, cross-channel shopper, Simon+ bridges the gap between physical and digital retail experiences, offering users a seamless way to earn and redeem rewards both in-store and online.

Simon Chief Marketing Officer Lee Sterling said, “Simon+ is the future of shopping rewards – and there’s truly nothing else like it. As we continue to merge the best of in-store and online experiences and make shopping more convenient, Simon+ engages customers where they are and creates more reasons to shop, stay, and return.”

The program offers a wide range of benefits, including access to curated retailer incentives, special perks such as valet parking and Santa photo discounts, and unique offers from participating brands. 

More than 500 retailers, including adidas, H&M, Warby Parker, Shake Shack, and UNTUCKit, are already participating in Simon+, which is free for shoppers to join. The program complements existing brand loyalty systems, helping retailers reach high-intent consumers, boost cross-brand engagement, and access valuable marketing insights. 

Users can manage their activity through a personalized dashboard, track rewards, link payment cards, and redeem points for store credit or special offers. Replacing previous programs such as Mall Insider® and VIP Shopper Club®, Simon+ represents Simon’s continued commitment to redefining the shopping experience and leading the future of multi-brand, omnichannel loyalty innovation.
