Primax Relaunches Credit Card Loyalty Program to Augment Customer Experience

Primax, which has been offering affordable, flexible, and customizable payment card services to credit unions, banks and businesses since 1981, has relaunched its credit card loyalty program now

called ConnectUP™ Rewards.

ConnectUP™ Rewards includes new and enhanced features for Primax issuers’ cardholders.

For example, an online value center allows cardholders to take advantage of money-saving offers and earn points on those purchases. With the ShoppingFling feature, cardholders earn points by shopping online with hundreds of participating merchants.

What’s more, with the subscription-based coupon feature, cardholders can access coupons and download, print, use online, or send their coupons to a mobile device.

The PointsPurchase feature allows cardholders to purchase additional points needed in order to complete redemption. A charity redemption feature has also been incorporated into the offering. For Primax’s card-issuing clients, both ShoppingFLING and Points Purchase are revenue-generating features.
