Pottery Barn Enhances Customer Experience with New Mobile App

The home retailer Pottery Barn has launched a new mobile app with gift registry services, on-demand design support, and shoppable content. The iOS app is available in the App Store® along with the Pottery Barn Kids and Pottery Barn Teen apps.  

The Pottery Barn app offers expert design assistance through the app’s chat feature. Customers can use the app to request a free design consultation in-store, at home, or online. The virtual preview feature lets customers see products in their own homes. Customers can also share their favorite items on social media directly from the app. While exploring design options, customers can purchase select items with Apple Pay®. 

The app enables full access to gift registry services, including managing, tracking, and adding items. Customers using the existing wedding registry app can update to the new app without interruption of service.
