Paisly, LLC, a travel subsidiary of JetBlue, has expanded its cruise portfolio by partnering with four new cruise lines: Holland America Line, Cunard, Virgin Voyages, and Oceania Cruises. The expansion significantly boosts Paisly’s ability to deliver customized, loyalty-driven cruise experiences across its airline partnerships, starting with JetBlue Vacations. As the first brand to benefit from this update, JetBlue Vacations can now offer a more diverse range of cruise options, including luxury and adults-only experiences, helping it meet the growing demand for tailored travel offerings.

With global cruise passengers projected to rise from 34.6 million in 2024 to 42 million by 2028, Paisly is aggressively scaling to match this trend by onboarding a new cruise partner each month. Its direct inventory model, free from third-party aggregators, allows for complete control over customer experience, supplier relationships, and integrated support.

The growth strategy supports a seamless, curated cruise booking experience that aligns with each airline’s loyalty ecosystem. Paisly’s platform, built for complexity at scale, empowers airlines to offer cruise products either bundled with flights or as standalone offerings.

Paisly President Jamie Perry said, “Cruising is a category overdue for disruption, and that’s exactly what Paisly is delivering. By expanding our cruise offering and integrating it with our personalization engine and loyalty tools, we’re enabling JetBlue and future airline partners to offer customers an experience that’s smarter, simpler, and more rewarding.”

Paisly’s loyalty-first model is now being used by JetBlue and allows travelers to earn both airline rewards (like TrueBlue points and loyalty tiles) and cruise-specific benefits with each booking. The company’s proprietary technology leverages real-time data to deliver personalized offers, while its in-house customer service ensures consistent support.

Paisly is also set to bring this enhanced cruise experience to United Airlines customers by summer 2026, further expanding its reach. Additionally, with features like the “Plane to Port Commitment,” which ensures passengers make it to their cruise even after flight delays, Paisly is setting a new standard for peace of mind in integrated air and sea travel.
