Pega Introduces Customer Engagement Studio to Help Marketers Scale Personalized Experiences with AI
Pegasystems has unveiled Pega Customer Engagement Studio, a new agentic workspace designed to help marketing teams create and launch personalized customer experiences faster and more efficiently. Announced at PegaWorld, the solution extends the capabilities of Pega Customer Decision Hub by bringing together AI agents, human oversight, and enterprise governance into a single platform. The goal is to help organizations move from a marketing concept to a live, personalized customer interaction in minutes while maintaining the controls needed for responsible AI use.
As marketers face increasing pressure to deliver highly personalized experiences at scale, many are turning to AI to generate content, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns. However, managing multiple AI tools and agents in isolation can create inefficiencies, compliance risks, and inconsistent customer experiences. Customer Engagement Studio addresses these challenges by orchestrating both Pega and third-party AI agents across functions such as marketing strategy, creative development, data science, performance optimization, and compliance.
“The next era of enterprise marketing will be led by organizations that can use agentic AI to scale relevance without adding uncertainty or risk,” said Rob Walker, general manager, 1:1 customer engagement, Pega. “Customer Engagement Studio gives marketing teams a turbocharged, agent-powered operating model that connects decisioning, orchestration, and governance, so every interaction is consistent, auditable, and fast. This helps turn AI investment into measurable outcomes while keeping humans in control.”
