adidas Launches 'Choose to Give Back'
adidas has introduced its Choose to Give Back program aimed at helping to extend the lifecycle of sports performance & lifestyle apparel and footwear. Leveraging thredUP's Resale-as-a-Service (RaaS) platform and expertise, the program will invite consumers to send used product from any brand back to adidas via the adidas Creator's Club app to be reused or resold.

Mercedes-Benz USA Launches Nationwide Brand Experience
Mercedes-Benz USA announced the launch of several interactive initiatives to educate consumers across the country about the brand’s first line of electric vehicles, Mercedes-EQ. Consumers in 20 U.S. cities will have the chance to test drive the first vehicle from the line, the all-new 2022 EQS Sedan, which officially arrives in the U.S. market later this fall. Later this month, the luxury automotive brand will also open the first of three Mercedes-EQ Experience brand centers in New York City, where guests will be able to learn more about its commitment to an electric future.

The local test drives simultaneously kicked off in Las Vegas, NV and Orange County, CA on October 6. At the test drives, attendees will enjoy a complimentary 30-minute drive to experience the technology, design, functionality, and connectivity of the EQS Sedan. Each ride will be accompanied by a product specialist who will serve as a right seat passenger. Attendees will also have access to the Mobile Experience Center, a hub where they will experience the pinnacle of electric luxury, in addition to an interactive digital experience educating them on the charge and range capabilities of electric vehicles.

Netflix to Sell ‘Squid Game’ Goods, Other Products on Walmart Site
Netflix Inc. is teaming up with Walmart Inc. to create a digital storefront on the retailer’s website that will sell merchandise tied to hit shows such as “Stranger Things” and “Squid Game,” the companies said.

The partnership is part of Netflix’s broader strategy to develop new revenue streams beyond its core subscription business and market its content away from its own platform.
Target announces ‘Buy Now, Pay Later’ payment plan ahead of holiday season
Holiday shopping just got easier with mass retailer Target is introducing a ‘Buy Now, Pay Later’ option across all stores nationwide. Shoppers can purchase and receive their items first, then pay off the purchase in preset installment plans.

The popular retailer is partnering with digital payment platforms Sezzle and Affirm to provide a variety of incremental payment options. These payment options will now be available all year long, according to Target.
