Loyalty360 Reads: November 1 | AMC Admissions Highest Since 2020; T-Mobile Has Free Smartwatches; and More

AMC Admissions Highest Since Early In 2020
AMC Entertainment confirmed that October theatre admissions revenue for AMC both in the United States and internationally was the highest it has been in any month since covid forced the closure of theatres early in 2020

“When the final tickets are counted for showtimes tonight, the domestic industry box office for October 2021 is estimated to come in considerably higher than that of any previous month since February of 2020. The Covid-19 pandemic forced the closure of movie theatres across the United States in March of 2020,” the company says.
T-Mobile Has Free Smartwatches for the Whole Family
T-Mobile announced the upcoming launch of two new T-Mobile exclusives: SyncUP KIDS Watch, an easy-to-use smartwatch designed to help parents stay connected to their kids, and the latest smartwatch from TIMEX, designed to help give caregivers peace of mind about older loved ones. T-Mobile customers can get both for FREE after tax with 24 monthly bill credits when adding a qualifying watch line in stores starting November 5.

With the addition of these two new products to its expanded smartwatch lineup, T-Mobile now has a watch for every wrist.

JetBlue Expands at LaGuardia
JetBlue announced it will expand its footprint at New York’s LaGuardia Airport (LGA) across two terminals, operate more daily departures than ever before with up to 35 daily flights and serve more than triple the number of nonstop destinations flown in 2019. JetBlue’s growth – aimed at delivering more competition and low fares to travelers – is made possible through its Northeast Alliance (NEA) with American Airlines.

“LaGuardia is one of the most asked for airports by customers, but it’s also one of the most congested, and JetBlue has long lacked the slots to grow our operation,” said Dave Fintzen, vice president, Northeast Alliance, JetBlue. “But thanks to our alliance, we can tap into American’s slot portfolio, substantially expand JetBlue-operated flying at LaGuardia with increased frequencies and new destinations and bring our much-loved experience and low fares to more JetBlue and American customers.”
