PRN Retains Partnership with VPharma
 
PRN, which is part of the STRATACACHE family of marketing technology companies, has announced that its pharmacy-focused division, iDklic, and partner VPharma have agreed to a three-year extension and upgrade of their current point-of-sale communication contract, reflecting VPharma’s trust in iDklic’s Pharmaseen solution. As part of the extension agreement, iDklic will add and manage sensors in the pharmacy network, gathering deep shopper insights to optimize screen content.
 
Pharmaseen by iDklic is a platform for visual digital communication inside pharmacies across Europe. Since 2009, iDklic has broadcasted VPharma TV in dual languages, spanning dozens of pharmacies across the Verviers region and the German-speaking population of Belgium.
 
Inmar and Kroger Join Forces
 
Inmar and The Kroger Company have announced a new strategic relationship to drive innovation in digital offer management. The relationship includes the sale to Inmar of You Technology, a digital coupon and digital rebate publishing unit owned by Kroger, in conjunction with a long-term services agreement with Inmar for the continued delivery of digital offer management services to Kroger.
