7Rewards® Loyalty Program Crosses 25 Million Member Mark
 
Since expanding its 7Rewards loyalty program two years ago, 7-Eleven, Inc. has seen membership in the app-based platform grow 278 percent from 9 million to 25 million members. The membership growth has translated to increased store visits and a larger, more loyal customer base for the world's largest convenience retailer. In 2019, 7-Eleven was awarded several awards for its loyalty program: Loyalty360 Technology and Trends Platinum Award, Convenience Store News' Technology Leader of the Year Award, The International Business 'Gold Stevie' Award for Integrated Mobile Experience, and more. Qantas announces frequent flyer partnership with Air France – KLM Royal Dutch Airlines
Qantas Frequent Flyers now can access reward seats, earn Qantas Points and receive tier benefits across the entire Air France – KLM Royal Dutch Airlines (KLM) network. As part of the new partnership between the airline groups, Qantas Frequent Flyers will be able to fly to more than 60 new destinations across Europe and Africa, including Biarritz, France; Dresden, Germany; Calvi, Corsica, France; and Bristol, United Kingdom. The announcement allows members to access reward seats and earn points on all fares across all Air France and KLM marketed flights globally. Frequent flyers with Gold status or higher also will be able to access tier benefits including priority boarding, priority check-in and extra baggage allowance on any Air France and KLM operated flights.
 
Newegg is killing its Premier shipping membership, new ‘loyalty program’ coming
Newegg, which its website says is “the leading tech-focused e-retailer in North America,” is doing away with its Premier membership and the free 3-day (or sooner) shipping that highlighted the program. In a statement on its Premier page, Newegg says it is cancelling Premier, though there is some potentially good news, as some kind of "completely new loyalty program" will replace it. "Newegg is canceling the Premier membership and neither accepting new members nor renewals. However, we will be launching a completely new loyalty program we think will benefit more of our shoppers in the coming months, so stay tuned," Newegg says.

My H-E-B mobile app delivers a new shopping experience in-store and online
H-E-B is making it easier for customers to shop on their mobile device with the launch of its new My H-E-B mobile app. Several new features on the My H-E-B app will make it more convenient to shop and provide additional ways to save. With the app, customers can place orders for H-E-B Curbside pickup or Home Delivery, while the in-store shopper can redeem coupons, find items, and browse the store with an enhanced search function. This is one of many new technologies H-E-B will use to enhance its digital services to better meet the needs and expectations of its customers who shop online and in H-E-B’s stores. Customers can download the My H-E-B app in the Apple App Store and on Google Play. Once downloaded, customers can use their existing H-E-B account information to log in.
