Mercedes-Benz Partners with Google on Navigation Experience  

Mercedes-Benz announced a long-term partnership with Google to innovate auto navigation and driver experience. Through the partnership, the automaker will launch the industry’s first branded navigation experience using in-car data and the Google Maps Platform. 

Mercedes-Benz will integrate Google’s leading geospatial offering, including detailed information on locations, real-time and predictive traffic information, and more. The technology will provide Mercedes-Benz owners with an exclusive navigation experience through their cars’ high-resolution screens. 

 

PDI Technologies Reports on State of Convenience Retail Innovation  

PDI Technologies released its 2023 Industry Innovators Report. The report analyzes data from top retailers and petroleum wholesalers and focuses on four key areas:

Krystal Deepens Customer Engagement Through TikTok 

Krystal will launch a TikTok campaign to increase customer engagement with the brand. The “Side Chik Mania” campaign pits the QSR chain’s chicken sandwiches against each other in a March Madness style bracket. 

Driving deeper engagement with customers through social media, Krystal fans can use a TikTok filter to vote for their favorite sandwiches by tilting their heads. The campaign shows how brands can use social media to interact with customers authentically.
