Caesars Sportsbook Partners with Keeneland and Red Mile Racetracks

As sports wagering becomes legal in Kentucky, Caesars Sportsbook partnered with Keeneland and Red Mile Gaming & Racing in Lexington, KY. The sports wagering platform of Caesars Entertainment, Inc. will offer mobile and in-person wagering options to customers, pending regulatory approval from the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission.

Partnering with the two racetracks helps reinforce Caesars’ commitment to horse racing and the expansion of the Caesars Racebook app. Caesars Sportsbook will offer on-track hospitality and VIP experiences to members of its Caesars Rewards® program.

TGI Fridays® Revamps Rewards Program

TGI Fridays® launched its reimagined Fridays Rewards customer loyalty program, allowing members to earn free and discounted food more often. In the new program, guests can receive something free from Fridays every day, 365 days a year.

The free program is linked to members’ phone numbers, so they don’t need an app or tedious sign-up process. Members earn one point per dollar and can decide how to redeem those points across two reward tiers: 75 points or 150 points. Additionally, the program delivers daily discounts such as free chips and salsa or $3 off any appetizer.

White Castle Celebrates Customer Loyalty with Cravers Hall of Fame Induction

Celebrating customer loyalty, White Castle inducted 11 fans of the fast-food hamburger chain into its Cravers Hall of Fame. White Castle established the Hall of Fame in 2001 to honor those fans — called Cravers — who stand out among the rest.

Inductees receive free travel to the White Castle home office in Columbus, OH with complimentary meals and accommodations. Additionally, their stories will be featured on the brand’s Slider boxes so all customers can read how they won the distinction.
