While its founder is making headlines elsewhere, Trump Hotels has announced a revamp of the Trump Card Privileges Program. The loyalty program is designed to be as personal as the guest desires, and is in place at any destination within the Trump Hotels portfolio, including Bali, Rio, Panama, New York City, and Las Vegas. The loyalty program offers guests personalized customer experience, and the opportunity to earn points according to room type and number of stays.
The hotel chain has gone the extra mile in collecting and leveraging customer data. The program’s website places emphasis on the customized nature of the program, saying, “Knowing that no stay should feel like the first, we aim to ensure your experience is as personalized as you want it to be.” This philosophy results in the brand remembering guest preferences in several areas, including room location, preferred hobbies, and even dietary restrictions.
“The Trump Card Privileges Program ensures that guests’ needs are met at every Trump Hotels property, every visit. It takes hospitality beyond a standard hotel experience by providing a level of customization that has not been seen before—from choosing your pillows to ensuring that your favorite beverage is in your room before you arrive,” said Trump Hotels CEO Eric Danziger.
The program is structured to include both points and tiers. Both are based on nights stayed, with bonus points (or Trump Card credits) being earned for one-bedroom suites, two-bedroom suites, and penthouses. These credits can then be redeemed for a free night’s stay at any Trump hotel, with point costs varying based on location.
As guests accumulate stays with Trump hotels, they also move up in tier, starting at Trump Card Privileges member and progressing through Exclusive Gold and Exclusive Platinum. Members earn benefits based on tier level that apply to every stay while in that tier. These perks include guaranteed late checkout times (2 p.m. for Gold Exclusive, 4 p.m. for Platinum Exclusive) and complimentary room upgrades.
Trump Hotels have built a reputation on providing guests with some of the finer things in life, and the newly revamped loyalty program is a reflection of that mission. For Trump Card Privilege members, the customer experience is about to become tailor-made to their own expectations.
