Customer loyalty and communications consultancy, uber, has likened customer loyalty and CRM to the dating game in their latest whitepaper – ‘Nurturing long term loyalty...there’s no such thing as love at first sight’

Full of hints, tips and advice, uber likens successful loyalty strategy to the dating process, using romantic scenarios to highlight the do’s and don’ts of loyalty and CRM.
