Lowe’s has introduced an innovative tool for homeowners, the Lowe’s Digital Home Platform, now accessible to MyLowe’s Rewards members. The digital platform provides members with tailored, easily accessible information on products they’ve purchased through Lowe’s, including manuals, warranties, maintenance tips, how-to guides, and recommendations for subscription services and replacement parts. Homeowners and Lowe’s rewards members can access these features directly from their devices. Initially focused on appliances, Lowe’s plans to expand the platform to encompass other areas of home maintenance.
Lowe’s Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President Jen Wilson stated, “With our new digital home platform, we’re now making it easier to manage and maintain your home’s maintenance needs starting with appliances. Lowe’s is all about being a helpful partner and through the digital home platform, we can serve up the exact filter customers need for their refrigerator at the time it needs replaced.”
Customers who’ve purchased a major appliance that is connected to their Lowe’s rewards account, either online or in-store, over the past five years can see it in their MyLowe’s Rewards profile. Members can also manually add other appliances, allowing the platform to show all available information about each item.
MyLowe’s Rewards, introduced in early 2024, offers exclusive benefits to members, including points toward MyLowe’s Money, free shipping, and member-only discounts. The Digital Home Platform was developed by Lowe’s Innovation Labs, known for projects that explore the future of home improvement through technology. The Labs’ work includes applications like the Lowe’s Style Studio™, a virtual kitchen design tool, and Lowe’s Product Expert™, an AI-powered product recommendation system.
