The Communicator Awards are judged by the International Academy of the Visual Arts (IAVA).  Current IAVA membership represents a “Who’s Who” of acclaimed media, advertising, and marketing firms

The Perks Advantage Web Site (https://www.perksadvantage.com/pages/default.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fDefault.aspx)  was redesigned to improve the customer experience and won because of exceptional response rates.  Since the Web Site’s launch, Web traffic has increased 300%; customer spend has increased 83%; and 3,000 new customers have joined the loyalty marketing program.  And, customers are engaging more with the brand through multiple touch points, including the call center and redemption Web Site.

The Verizon Business Link Rewards Web Site (http://businesslink.verizon.com) was also redesigned to improve the customer experience.  Since the site’s launch, 98% of customers say the site is user-friendly; the number of unique visitors has increased by 7%; and program redemptions, a major goal of the redesign, have increased by 24%.
