Instacart Offers Seamless Customer Experiences with New Tools

Instacart announced four new platform features to offer more seamless, connected customer experiences for grocers. The new features help grocers bring more of their store online, support in-store employees, expand revenue opportunities, and seamlessly offer end-to-end fulfillment. 

The new offerings include: 

  • Carrot Ads: offers new display ads, creating new revenue opportunities for grocers. 
  • FoodStorm: supports items sold by weight on digital orders. 
  • Caper Cart: provides simple, powerful auditing tools for in-store employees. 
  • Rosie-powered websites: help small and independent grocers create an online presence.

In addition to the new technologies, Instacart grocer partners have access to Instacart’s full platform. Instacart will showcase the new features at the 2023 National Grocers Association Show.
