Genesis Motors Improves Customer Experience with Introduction of Genesis Concierge

Genesis Motors has announced the launch of Genesis Concierge. This program is meant to help customers shop for a new car from the comfort of home. The program began Monday, May 11, and it gives customers a concierge to act as a host and help them through the shopping process of buying one of the brand's vehicles. This concierge service also offers at-home test drives and delivery to a location of the buyer's choice from participating Genesis retailers.
"A true luxury experience should exceed a customer's unique desires and expectations," said Mark Del Rosso, President, and CEO, Genesis Motor North America, in a press release. "Genesis Concierge is a tailored service that delivers a new level of personalized luxury because we are committed to delivering an experience that satisfies our customers on their terms, not ours. As with our popular Service Valet owner amenity, utilized by 90 percent of Genesis owners, Genesis Concierge shows we have great respect for our customers' ultimate luxury – their time"
This service begins when the customer shows interest, and the concierge will either reach out by phone call, text, or e-mail based on where the guest has shown their preference. From that point on, the Genesis employee will help guide the customer through their shopping experience, helping answer any questions the customer may have about the models, packages, and services offered.
Genesis is not only helping people with purchasing cars but also during the pandemic expanded its Genesis Cares Job Loss Protection to support those customers affected by the business environment of the pandemic. It allowed customers that might have lost a job or those medically impacted by the virus the ability to request a 30-day payment deferment up to three different times. Current owners who financed or leased their vehicle through Genesis Finance before March 14, 2020, are eligible for the offer if:

  • They are caring for themselves or a member of their household due to the pandemic and can't work
  • They have lost a job due to the pandemic
