FedEx wants to augment its customer engagement with small businesses and, as a result, launched My FedEx Rewards loyalty program.
My FedEx Rewards builds on the existing loyalty program, and opens up participation to all eligible FedEx small business customers that ship or print with FedEx. The program is free to join.
Becky Huling, Vice President, Customer Engagement, FedEx, told Loyalty360 that My FedEx Rewards is primarily focused on further enhancing engagement with Small Business customers.
“It creates another avenue for FedEx to help our customers succeed in expanding their businesses by introducing them to new solutions and tools through a creative, fun, and highly interactive process,” Huling explained.
Participants can receive special offers and earn rewards for their eligible FedEx Office purchases and eligible FedEx shipments through FedEx Express®, FedEx Ground® and FedEx Freight®. The FedEx portfolio of services allows small business to gain access to the global marketplace and to shipping, logistics, and printing solutions.
Huling realizes how vitally important customer loyalty is to any marketer.

FedEx has recently introduced two new options that make shipping even easier for small business customers, including:
FedEx One Rate®, which is a U.S.-based flat-rate pricing program for FedEx Express shipping that combines simplified, predictable pricing with the same reliable delivery and excellent service customers expect from FedEx.
FedEx Delivery Manager®, a service that allows U.S. package recipients to customize home deliveries to fit their schedules.
