Augeo’s Acquisition of RewardsNOW Enhances Loyalty Program Power and Reach

Since 1998, Augeo Marketing has been a leading global provider of these customer engagement and loyalty program services across many industries, and in recent years for major financial institutions everywhere. In a move that will further strengthen its ability to offer high quality B2B and B2C loyalty program benefits and points-based rewards, Augeo recently announced the acquisition of RewardsNOW.

The addition of RewardsNOW, which has earned its own reputation as a leading member-based loyalty program for credit unions and banks throughout the country and increasingly in Latin America, will substantially expand Augeo’s already broad international reach. Through the management of more than 900 financial rewards and engagement solutions for financial institutions, the new acquisition will see Augeo now managing an impressive 33 billion loyalty points spread over nine million card-holding members primarily in the U.S. market. This excludes other areas of Augeo’s business that reaches over 55 countries and includes millions of other users of their solutions.

The union will enhance Augeo’s ability to offer a wide range of end-to-end customer loyalty services including points redemption, mobile-ready integration apps, and even gamification capabilities, which engage and entertain users on a number of levels. Augeo gives clients the ability to customize programs to fit the needs of their individual cardholders and members. And this, of course, also comes alongside the host of ROI reporting analytics, a versatile communications platform, and the continuous customer support that RewardsNOW also brings.

Going forward, both parties see the acquisition as a positive step for the success of each organization and for the benefit of consumers.

For the time being, the financial institution operations division of Augeo in Naperville, IL will work with the RewardsNOW account teams, which will remain in their Dover, N.H. offices.
