vPromos, Inc. has developed and launched the first merchant-centric, card-linked loyalty program that enables member registration, tracks members’ loyalty and reward redemption in real time at the point of sale, and facilitates immediate and ongoing communications and engagement. vPromos' system simplifies the integration of loyalty and promotions to the payment infrastructure, regardless of the consumer’s form factor of payment – currently credit/debit (“credit”) and cash, and soon mobile wallet. The customer then earns and redeems rewards through repetitive use of the linked payment form.  The key is that linking loyalty with the customer’s existing payment process does not change the payment exchange behavior of the customers or merchant.

Today – The vPromos platform works with existing partner payment terminal infrastructure, and links to credit and cash payments.  Tomorrow – It easily can integrate to EMV (Europay, MasterCard and Visa) enabled and NFC/mobile infrastructure once these technologies achieve widespread adoption.  vPromos’ platform is payment processor agnostic, enabling all merchants to utilize the program.
