Zurich and Collision teaming up for customer engagementIt is an unfortunate fact of life that, sometimes, airline travelers run into trouble. This has prompted the rise of travel insurance agencies that protect people from difficult customer experiences that can include cancelations, lost luggage, accidents, and more. Two players in this industry, Zurich Insurance and Collinson Group, have just announced a partnership to maximize their customer engagement approach across this sector. This new platform promises to seamlessly integrate with existing systems to enhance customer engagement by embracing a holistic approach to travel insurance, sales, and service. It will generate a dynamic range of deep customer insights, which will allow airlines to offer a greater range of insurance products, claims solutions, and even personalized travel assistance.
