- Best New Prepaid Card Product of the Year – Post Office and Bank of Ireland – Post Office Budget Card
- Best Business Card Programme – Department for Work and Pensions and J.P. Morgan – Department for Work and Government Procurement Card
- Most Responsible Credit Card Lending Practices – Nationwide Building Society – More Than Words
The independent judging panel of industry experts, chaired by Moneyfacts Group Chairman, John Woods, carefully selected winners from a wide range of entries from cards and payments companies and partner organisations. In each case, they looked for evidence of best practices and innovation in each of the individual categories. The Card & Payments Awards winners were praised for their achievements in the industry and their work toward improving the overall customer experience.

Additionally, this is the fourth consecutive year that a TSYS client has won the Best New Prepaid Card Product of the Year, joining The Royal Bank of Scotland Group and O2, The Royal Bank of Scotland and PayPal and Lloyds TSB in prior years.
