Star Energy rewards has a deep appreciation for customer loyalty As energy costs continue to rise, Star Energy is looking to alleviate some of that pressure by rewarding the brand loyalty of its most dedicated customers. What’s more, Star Energy, a leading energy and power solutions provider for commercial and residential grids all across Ohio and Pennsylvania, also plans to increase convenience and engagement by streamlining its online customer experience.

The initiative comes via a new loyalty program and its corresponding app. It is called Star Energy Rewards, and in addition to presenting a valuable proposition to customers, the loyalty program rewards people for brand engagement.

But this is not an effort to get people to use more energy.

Star Energy officials understand that energy expenditures are a daily necessity, but it also leverages a comprehensive array of data analytics to create personalized profiles for each customer. These profiles detail individual energy consumption patterns to provide recommendations that help customers increase environmental sustainability and reduce personal costs. 

Therefore, at its core, Star Energy Rewards is really a way to demonstrate its customer appreciation.

“The new Star Energy Rewards program allows us to say ‘thank you’ to our loyal customers,” said Tony Banks, Star Energy CEO. “Star Energy Partners has been helping people make the right choice for their energy needs by providing fixed rate and renewable energy options. Now we want to reward our customers so that, in addition to getting price protection with our fixed rate plans and helping the environment with our renewable offerings, they can receive cash-back bonuses simply by shopping at some of the nation's largest retailers for basic necessities or premium items.”

These retailers include Walmart, Home Depot, Walgreens, Target, Amazon, Best Buy, Macy's, Kohl's and many, many more. In total, Star Energy Rewards members can earn 10 percent cash back on products at more than 4,000 participating retailers.Star Energy Rewards appreciates customer loyalty

These discounts are earned simply by browsing the product offerings of these participating retailers through the Star Rewards app, which is easily accessible on a mobile device or desktop computer.

The more customers engage with the app, the more cash back they can earn.

“When customers purchase products using the Star Energy Rewards app and earn $20 or more in cash back rewards, they receive a check,” Banks continued.

Alongside the new rewards program and app, Star Energy is also enhancing its online customer experience through the launch of a redesigned website, which showcases a host of improved features.
