SAN ANTONIO, TX- Harte-Hanks, Inc. (NYSE: HHS), a worldwide direct and targeted marketing company, today announced that Jeannette Kocsis, recently-promoted senior vice president of digital marketing for Harte-Hanks, will co-present with Chris Perry, director of marketing communications for Hyundai Motor America, at the DMA09 Conference & Exhibition. The Direct Marketing Association (DMA) annual event will be held October 17-22, 2009, at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, California.

Kocsis and Perry will deliver a presentation titled “Social CRM: Hyundai Integrates Social into CRM” on Tuesday, October 20 from 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Pacific in Room 26AB. The session is part of the conference’s “Multichannel Strategies” track.

Marketers who attend the session will learn how Hyundai is unleashing an innovative methodology of social customer relationship management (CRM) into the marketplace. The speakers will share how organizations can leverage social media to engage customers throughout the buying cycle, and how they connect social media to acquisition, retention and loyalty.
