Cherry London Seals the Deal With Insurance Giant Aviva

The UK’s leading brand partnerships agency has been appointed by insurance giant Aviva to build an engaging and intuitive loyalty platform for its 2.5 million customers.

Cherry London, whose client list boasts O2, Visa and Johnston Press, will be supporting the development of ‘Aviva Advantages,’ Aviva’s newly launched loyalty programme, by creating strategic partnerships with some of the UK’s leading brands to offer everyday exclusive offers and experiences to Aviva’s customers.

Tamara Gillan, founder and CEO of Cherry London, says: “In the highly competitive insurance sector, cementing customer loyalty and reducing churn is a key business objective.

Cherry London will be re-launching Aviva Advantages with a Spring campaign (29 April-31 June), where they will showcase their breadth of rewards.  This will then be followed with a Summer campaign launching on 1 July.
