DALLAS, May 5, 2011—Alliance Data Systems Corporation (NYSE: ADS), a leading provider of transaction services, marketing services and credit services, announced that CBSM - Companhia Brasileira De Servicos De Marketing (“Dotz”), operator of Brazil‘s Dotz loyalty program (www.dotz.com.br), of which LoyaltyOne has a sizeable equity stake, signed a multi-year agreement with Banco do Brasil to expand the Dotz program across Brazil.
