Web Coast Apps Improves Pharmacy Customer Experience

Web Coast Apps has announced a new capability for its MST mobile application, which enables it to communicate with pharmacy management systems. This technology also enables partnering pharmacies to download customer prescriptions to the app. It is designed to eliminate errors in the communication of prescription data and enhance the accuracy, reliability, and privacy of prescription information.

Other information can be added to the app for customer reference, including which practicing physician prescribed the medication, how many refills a prescription has, and what precautions customers should take when using the medication. These features are designed to enhance the customer experience when using a medicine tracking app, which in turn can improve medicine adherence and pharmacy loyalty.
