GoTo Foods Celebrates Two Years of Enterprise Transformation and Digital Growth
GoTo Foods is celebrating two years of enterprise transformation aimed at unifying its seven well-known foodservice brands under one cohesive name and operating model. By building shared omnichannel capabilities, the company has strengthened its ability to innovate and create deeper connections with customers across its portfolio.
The transformation has driven measurable results: since 2019, system sales from company-enabled channels like loyalty and digital ordering have nearly tripled, underscoring how important multi-channel accessibility and convenience are in today’s foodservice environment. Loyalty programs have emerged as a powerful growth engine, with the company adding over four million new members last year.
Looking ahead, GoTo Foods plans to expand its digital foundation further and deepen personalization through loyalty and AI-driven features to support long-term customer and franchisee engagement. In 2025, the company secured franchise commitments for over 1,400 new locations globally, showing strong confidence in the platform model and continued growth momentum. GoTo Foods operates more than 7,300 restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, and bakeries worldwide across brands like Auntie Anne’s, Cinnabon, Jamba, Moe’s Southwest Grill, McAlister’s Deli, Schlotzsky’s Deli, and Carvel.

Dutch Bros Raises $1.1M for Local Food Nonprofits
Dutch Bros Coffee, together with the Dutch Bros Foundation and its customers, raised and donated more than $1.1 million during the brand’s annual Dutch Luv Day of Giving on February 13. Through this initiative, the Dutch Bros Foundation committed to donating $1 for every drink sold at participating Dutch Bros locations across the country, with proceeds directed to local food nonprofits serving communities where the company operates.
The fundraising effort is part of Dutch Bros’ broader commitment to community support and social impact, focused on helping organizations that address food insecurity and related needs. Local shop operators helped select beneficiary nonprofits, which included well-known regional food banks such as the Central California Food Bank, San Antonio Food Bank and Utah Food Bank, among others.
Dutch Bros Coffee, founded in 1992 in Grants Pass, Oregon, now operates over 1,100 drive-thru stores across 25 states. The company emphasizes “making a massive difference one cup at a time,” and its foundation supports local giving and nationwide initiatives aimed at improving the communities it serves.
