Wingstop to Launch Digital Loyalty Program
Wingstop recently announced plans to launch its first-ever digital loyalty program, Club Wingstop, as part of its broader effort to enhance digital engagement. The fast-casual brand already drives more than 70% of its sales through digital channels and has built a database of over 60 million users. The new program aims to build on this momentum by deepening customer connections, rewarding loyal guests, and encouraging more frequent visits through a seamless integration with the company’s app and online ordering platforms.
Rather than focusing solely on discounts, Club Wingstop will emphasize personalization and value-driven experiences. CEO Michael Skipworth noted that the program leverages the company’s extensive first-party data to deliver customized offers and engagement opportunities designed to boost frequency and lifetime value. Early testing has shown higher-than-expected guest participation, suggesting strong consumer interest and validating Wingstop’s approach to tailored loyalty.
The program is expected to roll out nationally in 2026, complementing the brand’s ongoing investments in technology and digital infrastructure. Wingstop has also been expanding its Smart Kitchen platform, which has significantly reduced wait times and improved guest satisfaction. With nearly 3,000 locations and consistent growth, the company views Club Wingstop as a key step toward strengthening customer relationships and maximizing the impact of its digital ecosystem.

Lyft Partners With United Airlines to Let Riders Earn MileagePlus Miles on Every Trip
In their newly announced collaboration, Lyft riders in the U.S. who are members of United’s MileagePlus program can now link their accounts in the Lyft app and earn airline miles for taking rides.
The mileage-earning structure is tiered based on the type of ride: standard Lyft rides yield 1 mile per dollar, rides booked under a business profile earn 2 miles per dollar, premium services like Lyft Black or Extra Comfort and non-scheduled airport rides earn 3 miles per dollar, and pre-scheduled airport rides bring in up to 4 miles per dollar. Additionally, new users who link MileagePlus to Lyft and complete two rides within 30 days receive a 1,000-mile bonus.
From a strategic perspective, the partnership comes as Lyft moved on from its eight-year partnership with Delta Air Lines earlier this year and aligns with United’s push to deepen its ecosystem and broaden ways members can earn and redeem miles. The companies also plan further integration in early 2026, including enabling MileagePlus members to redeem their miles directly for Lyft rides and receive integrated travel and ride notifications—underscoring a move toward a more seamless travel-and-mobility experience.
