Chipotle Mexican Grill is embarking on a hiring initiative to onboard 20,000 new employees before its busy ‘burrito season’ hits, which spans from March to May. To streamline the process, the chain added an artificial intelligence-powered platform in partnership with Paradox named “Ava Cado”.
