Tesla Drivers Are Now Eligible to Earn Crypto Rewards
Tesla has partnered with VeChain to create a new program called EVearn that enables Tesla drivers to earn cryptocurrency rewards for sustainable charging. This initiative integrates with Tesla’s API to track eco-friendly activities, such as charging at renewable energy stations.
“We’re turning everyday behaviors into rewards, encouraging individuals to make better choices while benefitting directly,” said VeChain’s CEO, Sunny Lu. The EVearn program leverages blockchain technology to ensure transparency and security in tracking and rewarding sustainable charging behaviors. This approach not only incentivizes eco-friendly practices among Tesla owners but also introduces them to the world of crypto, potentially broadening the user base for digital assets.

Giant Eagle Partners with Grocery TV
Giant Eagle has announced a partnership with Grocery TV, an in-store retail media platform, to enhance its Leap retail media network by delivering targeted content via in-store televisions. This collaboration involves nearly 200 supermarkets across five states, aiming to elevate the customer experience, offer valuable touchpoints for advertisers, and streamline network operations.
“We chose Grocery TV because they share our commitment to the customer experience,” said Joell Robinson, Senior Director of Giant Eagle. By integrating Grocery TV’s platform, Giant Eagle plans to add customer engagement opportunities with the Leap-driven omnichannel framework, which is supported by insights from the myPerks loyalty program.
In addition to enhancing customer engagement, Grocery TV’s media partnerships team will work to boost advertiser participation by incorporating Giant Eagle into its network of nearly 6,000 grocery stores.

Houston Dynamo Football Club extends partnership with Verizon
On February 17th, the Houston Dynamo Football Club (HDFC) and Verizon announced a multi-year extension of their partnership, with Verizon continuing as the official 5G partner for both the Houston Dash and Houston Dynamo FC. Since 2023, Verizon has enhanced fan experience at Shell Energy Stadium. This renewed collaboration aims to further elevate matchday experiences, notably through the introduction of the ‘Hat Trick’ concession package.
The ’Hat Trick’, presented by Verizon, offers fans a significant price reduction of at least 33% on three popular concession items: hot dogs, popcorn, and bottled water. These items will be available for $5 or less at select locations during all Dash and Dynamo matches this season.
Beyond game day enhancements, Verizon and HDFC have collaborated on initiatives celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month since 2023. The Dynamo will open their 20th season in Houston at home on Saturday, February 22 against FC Dallas.
